Suspect in Zariah Dodd murder seeks to toss indictment, claims coercion



Co-defendant Jechri James-Gillett seeks to dismiss his indictment, claiming he was forced to kill 16-year-old Zariah Dodd. Prosecutors argue he killed the pregnant teen to protect co-defendant Jurrell Davis, the alleged father of Dodd’s unborn child.
