Officially, Labor Day marks the end of summer in metro Phoenix, even if the weather doesn’t exactly cooperate.
Labor Day weekend is the finale for many of the Valley’s ongoing pool parties, including the popular Sun Sequence series at X Phoenix.
Poolside ragers aren’t the only action in Phoenix, Tempe or Scottsdale during this year’s Labor Day holiday weekend from Friday, Sept. 4, to Monday, Sept. 7. Latin dance parties, DJ sessions and other nightlife events are happening over the four-day stretch.

Labor Day Latin Explosion at Dave & Buster’s
Friday, Sept. 4, 9 p.m.

R&B star Baby Bash headlines this Latin party at Dave & Buster’s in Tempe Marketplace. DJ John Blaze will drop hip-hop, R&B, reggaeton and old-school jams throughout the night. General admission tickets cost $44.52, while VIP tables are $268.61 to $321.96.
Labor Day Weekend Bash at Cactus Jack’s

The nautical-inspired poolside experience at the WET Deck will feature DJ-driven entertainment, handcrafted cocktails, VIP bottle service and a full weekend of themed experiences inspired by Cottontail Lounge’s coastal-chic vibe, including Permission to Board on Friday, White Heat on Saturday, Anchor Down on Sunday, and On Deck on Labor Day Monday. It’s an all-day, all-night, all-weekend party at The Remi Scottsdale this Labor Day. The Above All at Allegra party runs 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday through Monday. Allegra Rooftop Pool & Bar will feature panoramic city views, live DJs, craft cocktails, poolside festivities and Moroccan-inspired décor. Daytime passes start at $50, with tables and private cabanas available for reservation.
Club Slayyy Pool Party at The Pemberton
Saturday, Sept. 5, 8 p.m.

The Pemberton’s Ibiza Pool will bump with electronic pop as DJ Trentperiod spins tracks by Slayyyter and artists like Charli XCX, Sophie, Kesha and FKA Twigs during this theme party. Will he include the unreleased Slayyyter track “Swimming Pool” in the mix? You’ll have to show up to find out. Advance tickets are $26.29.
Sun Sequence Season Closing Pool Party at X Phoenix

The summer pool party series on the X Phoenix rooftop wraps up its 2026 run with a locals-only DJ showcase. The season finale features 77Lemons and Avery Dahl, plus back-to-back sets pairing Oso Lōco with Hippo and Casti with Randy Perez. Tickets are $27.90 in advance and $29.97 at the door.
Groove Candy at The Womack

Tammageddon and DJ Tripvvire of the Bats in the Attic night bring a gothy affair to The Pemberton’s Ibiza pool over Labor Day weekend.
