For three years in a row, Rafi Law Group has been named one of Arizona’s Most Admired Companies. The firm joined 54 other honorees at the 2026 awards dinner that was held Oct. 8 at Phoenix’s Chateau Luxe event venue.

AZ Business magazine and BestCompaniesAZ recognized 55 companies, which were selected by a panel of judges from among hundreds of nominees. The annual awards recognize businesses in five areas: workplace culture, leadership excellence, social responsibility, customer opinion, and innovation.

In its profile of Rafi Law Group, AZ Business describes a company that’s building its strong reputation by putting people first. That includes creating career opportunities and promoting employees from within, as well as serving Arizona families through Rafi’s Hope, the charitable arm that partners with local nonprofits to support children, families, and schools throughout the year.

The firm continues to strengthen its ties to the communities it serves through meaningful partnerships and charitable initiatives. From supporting local food banks and helping students prepare for the school year to investing in programs that benefit children and families, Rafi Law Group has made community involvement a central part of its identity. That commitment continues to grow through Rafi’s Hope, including a 10-year partnership with Valleywise Health supporting its Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and the families who depend on its care.

This year’s award was the third consecutive one for Rafi Law.

Community involvement is a big part of Team Rafi’s workplace culture. Through Rafi’s Hope, employees from attorneys and case managers to support staff and leadership regularly volunteer alongside one another. In 2025, Team Rafi put in over 1,750 volunteer hours and donated more than half a million dollars to community partners working in food security, education, and family support.

The initiative reached another proud milestone this summer, receiving federal tax-exempt status as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The designation formalizes the mission of Rafi’s Hope and enables it to pursue funding to keep expanding its work.

One of the signature efforts of Rafi’s Hope is the annual Summer of Service, now in its third year, a 12-week push to help organizations during the summer, when volunteer participation often drops but demand stays high. This summer, Rafi’s Hope volunteers packed emergency food boxes at St. Mary’s Food Bank, baked treats for families at Ryan House, and helped distribute school supplies at Yuma’s Back to School Rodeo. Team Rafi also partnered with sneaker and streetwear boutique Guest List for Kicks for Kids, providing about 200 students with free shoes and backpacks at the start of the school year.

Whether through employee development, creative partnerships, or hands-on community service, Rafi’s people-first philosophy has helped earn its place among Arizona’s Most Admired Companies for three years running — and it’s just getting started.
