TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) – The man accused in a deadly shooting at a southeast Goodwill Donation Center is now facing an additional murder charge.
Adrian Orozco was already charged in the shooting death of Goodwill employee Juan Cristóbal Flores and for shooting another employee who survived. Now, Orozco is facing another first-degree murder charge from the same day, Dec. 26.
This charge is for the murder of Daniel A Camacho. Tucson Police declined to confirm Orozco’s connection to the homicide of 62-year-old Daniel Camacho.
However, court documents indicate the victim, Camacho, is the same man who was found dead in an encampment near Interstate 10 and South Wilmot Road. Callers reported remains of someone, later identified as Camacho, in late January. That’s more than a month after police had arrested Orozco for the Goodwill shooting.
A judge has set Orozco’s trial for early next year.
