Madison Center for the Arts is something of a hidden gem among Phoenix’s cultural hubs.

Tucked along 16th Street north of Missouri Avenue, the 24,547-square-foot venue has been a stylish spot for catching touring productions, tribute shows and family-friendly performances since debuting in 2018.

Madison Center for the Arts also showcases locals both onstage and off. Its expansive lobby offers wall space for works by local creatives, while Valley ensembles like the Phoenix Symphony stage concerts inside its 904-seat theater.

More artistry awaits during Madison Center for the Arts’ 2026-27 season, which kicked off this month and runs through May. A few acts will also make their first-ever appearances at the venue.

Art. Film. Dance. Books. Recreation. Even sex and dating. It’ll be fun, we promise.

Touring artists on Madison Center for the Arts’ schedule include Scottish bagpipe rock band Red Hot Chilli Pipers, chamber orchestra Sphinx Virtuosi, vintage-music ensemble Peacherine Ragtime Society Orchestra and comedians Maxim Galkin and Amit Tandon. The Phoenix Symphony also has four shows planned.

Here’s the full event lineup for the upcoming season.
