3 juveniles shot in north Phoenix, police say

PHOENIX — Three juveniles were shot in north Phoenix on Wednesday night, according to the city’s police department.

Around 10 p.m., officers responded to a shots-fired call in the area of Cave Creek and Greenway roads.

Upon arrival, police found two juveniles with at least one gunshot wound each. The Phoenix Fire Department arrived on the scene and took them to the hospital with serious injuries.

Police learned that a third juvenile was taken to the hospital prior to their arrival on the scene.

A suspect or suspects left before the police arrived on the scene.

Anyone with information is encouraged to call the police or SILENT WITNESS at 480(WITNESS) or 480(TESTIGO). Additional information related to this incident remains a part of the ongoing investigation.

Calls to Silent Witness are answered 24/7 by a live person and submitted tips are accepted at all times. Submitted tips are then sent to the detective(s) in charge of the specific case. 

Individuals who submit tips that lead to an arrest or indictment in the case can get a reward of up to $1,000.
